Read the RRWC's public comment on the Endangered Species Act.
Read the RRWC Board of Director's public comment on the proposed rule change to the Endangered Species Act that would allow destruction of the habitat of an endangered species. This comment was submitted on the Federal Register on May 16th, 2025.
